If you’ve consistently struggled with focus, organisation, time management, or impulsivity since childhood — and these challenges affect your work, relationships, or self-esteem — an assessment can help determine whether ADHD is the underlying cause.

ADHD does not typically “start” in adulthood. However, symptoms can become more noticeable later in life as responsibilities increase and coping mechanisms become less effective. Many adults only receive a diagnosis when workplace or personal challenges prompt evaluation.

Our process includes an in-depth interview, evidence-based questionnaires, and optional input from someone who knows you well. A clinician reviews all information against recognised diagnostic criteria, followed by a detailed feedback session and written report.

Yes. The goal of the assessment is to determine whether your symptoms meet the criteria for ADHD in adults. If not, we will discuss alternative explanations and possible next steps.

While ADHD is a lifelong condition, its impact can be significantly reduced with appropriate treatment and strategies. This may include medication, therapy, coaching, lifestyle adjustments, and workplace accommodations.

Absolutely. We offer both in-person and virtual assessments for your convenience. You can book directly through our website or by calling our office.
