3Consent to Use Cookies and Changing Settings

These essential cookies are always enabled because the Platform will not work properly without them. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of the Platform, create and manage your patient or client account, access our patient management platform, complete booking and consent forms, submit pre-assessment questionnaires, and access patient letters and documents. You can switch off these cookies in your browser settings but then you may not be able to access all or parts of our Platform.
• Analytical or performance cookies: These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the Platform when they are using it. We use tools such as Google Analytics and session recording tools (such as Hotjar or similar) for this purpose. This helps us to improve the way the Platform works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily and by improving the overall patient and client experience on the Platform.
• Functionality cookies: These are used to recognise when you return to the Platform. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences.
