Eleanor values working integratively to meet an individual's needs. She often draws on psychodynamic therapies to inform her approach, and she is also trained in EMDR to help process painful experiences and trauma. Reg is a pharmacist with over 20 years' experience working across both primary and secondary care in the UK. This broad background has given him a strong understanding of how patients move through services, and the role medicines play in supporting safe, effective care. He has spent more than a decade as an Advanced Mental Health Pharmacist in secondary care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support people with complex needs. His work has focused on medicines optimisation, identifying and managing drug interactions, and improving long-term treatment outcomes. This includes supporting patients through medication titration and stabilisation, as well as helping to improve adherence in more complex cases. As an Independent Prescriber, Reg assesses, initiates, and manages medication within his scope of practice across a range of mental health conditions. Within the clinic, he supports individuals with ADHD and related conditions through careful, evidence-based medicines management and ongoing review. He has a particular interest in patient and carer education, and places strong emphasis on clear, open communication and shared decision-making. His approach is holistic and tailored to the individual, with a focus on helping each person achieve the best possible outcome from their treatment.
