4Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website and any information made available on it are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions in relation to the Website and any Website Content, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Important: Website Content is general in nature and does not constitute clinical, mental health, medical, legal, regulatory or other professional advice — you should obtain independent advice before acting on it. We do not provide emergency or crisis services and the Website is not a substitute for urgent medical attention. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy notice and security arrangements. We do not endorse, guarantee, warrant or verify the quality, suitability, legality, availability, licensing, accreditation, insurance, qualifications or performance of any third-party contractor, supplier or service provider referred to you in connection with our services.

We make no warranties or representations regarding any particular clinical, diagnostic, treatment or other outcome from assessments, consultations or services accessed through the Website. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, no specific diagnosis, treatment outcome, prescription decision or clinical result is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website, reliance on Website Content, or any act or omission of a third-party service provider or other user — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
