- We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfer (BACS).
- We have partnered with Klarna and Payl8r for Interest free Flexible payments.
- Payment is due at the time of appointment unless a prior arrangement is made.
- We provide itemised invoices/receipts for self-funders and for submission to private medical insurers.
Insurance & employer benefits
- Some employers’ Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) cover initial sessions check with your HR team.
- We can issue full invoices/receipts to support claims. If you are unsure whether your treatment is covered, contact your insurer before booking.
- We are recognised by most major UK private medical insurers (eg Bupa, Aviva, AXA PPP, WPA) for outpatient mental health cover. Please check your policy for cover limits, pre- authorisation, and referral requirements.

Additional appointments, Cancellations, late cancellations & no-shows
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: full session fee.
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee..
- Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency; contact us to discuss.
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule individual appointments.
- Any Additional appointments will be charged separately. You will be informed in advance in
such a case.
Confidentiality & professional standards
All clinicians are registered with recognised UK professional bodies (eg BACP, UKCP, HCPC, GMC) and follow relevant professional and confidentiality standards. If your insurer requires clinician registration details, we will provide them on request.
Policy updates
Fees and policies are subject to change; we will notify clients in advance of any material changes.
