For young people & adults with Autism
– Post diagnostic support for Autism:
Following an Autism diagnosis, many individuals and families want guidance on what to do next. We offer structured post-diagnostic support to help people understand their profile, build confidence, and access the right tools and strategies.
- Autism psychoeducation for individuals, parents, and families through online sessions
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Sensory profiling and personalised support plans
- Social communication and relationship support
- Guidance around reasonable adjustments at school/work
- Navigation of ongoing services, resources, and community support
- Neuroaffirming, strengths-based sessions
- Therapy sessions for commonly occurring difficulties such as social anxiety, worry/generalised anxiety, OCD, and processing trauma experiences of bullying.
- We can support parents with Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) though psychological support and Occupational Therapy support. As well as managing challenging and aggressive behaviour at home using Non Violent Resistance Training (NVR).
For young people & adults with ADHD:
– Post diagnostic support for ADHD: Following an ADHD diagnosis many individuals and families want guidance on what to do next. We offer structured post-diagnostic support to help people understand their profile, build confidence, and access the right tools and strategies.
Our post-diagnostic support can include:
- ADHD psychoeducation for individuals, parents, and families through online sessions
- Executive functioning coaching (organisation, planning, time management)
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Guidance around reasonable adjustments at school/work
- Navigation of ongoing services, resources, and community support
- Neuroaffirming, strengths-based sessions
- Therapy sessions for commonly occurring difficulties such as managing anger, rejection sensitivity, worry/generalised anxiety, and processing trauma experiences of bullying.
For young people & adults with mental health difficulties:
Our psychologists deliver a wide range of mental health therapies for children and adults, using approaches grounded in research and adapted to each individual’s needs. Our Psychologists provide a safe, supportive space to explore difficulties, develop resilience, and build strategies that help individuals and families thrive.
