Our goal is to help each person build confidence, independence, and meaningful routines that support wellbeing at home, school, work, and in the community.
What Is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on enabling individuals to engage in activities (“occupations”) that are important to them. This may include self-care, learning, play, work, social participation, and sensory regulation. Our OT approach is:
- Neuroaffirming – respecting individual neurotypes and celebrating strengths
- Goal-focused – working toward meaningful, real-life outcomes
- Child and adult centred – adaptable to age, stage, and learning style
- Evidence-based – informed by current research and best practice

- - Sensory Processing Assessment & Intervention We assess an individual’s sensory profile and help them understand how sensory input affects their wellbeing, behaviour, and participation. Support may include:

- - Functional Life Skills Development Our therapists help build key daily living skills and functioning to one’s best ability.
