15-minute telephone or video appointment with one of our team specialists.

One of Psych2Gether senior medical practitioners or psychologists will speak with you to gain a better understanding of your mental health needs and to help arrange a comprehensive diagnostic assessment with one of our Consultant Psychiatrists. You will also be sent pre-assessment questionnaires to complete prior to your appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist.

You will receive a one-on-one in-depth video consultation with one of Psych2Gether’s experienced Consultant Psychiatrists. This will include a thorough discussion using gold-standard psychometric scales to understand your mental health needs and challenges. At the end of the interview, you will receive feedback, and our consultant will aim to clarify any questions you may have regarding your mental health.
If a diagnosis is made, you will also be provided with guidance and support on a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, psychological support, or a combination of both. A full confidential psychiatric report will be sent to you within two weeks, with a copy also sent to your GP.

Psych2Gether understands that a long consultation can be overwhelming, and you may still have questions or concerns. We encourage you to contact us if needed. We are happy to offer you a free 15-minute follow-up session with one of our senior medical practitioners or clinical psychologists. During this session, we can address any questions you have and discuss further treatment options—such as medication, therapy, or a combination of both—as recommended in your clinical report.
